چکیده:
Social capital is an interdisciplinary subject that has increasingly attracted the attention of experts in various fields of science, especially management and economics, in recent years. Also, this concept has been studied in the field of religion and value system. In this article, first the history, definitions and characteristics of social capital are stated, then its components are discussed from two perspectives: Western and value system. In fact, the purpose of this research is to design a conceptual model of social capital components in the Western view and the value system. This research has been conducted with a qualitative approach and using content analysis method. As a result, by studying Western and Islamic sources, the components and sub-components mentioned about social capital, which include structural, relational and cognitive dimensions, were extracted to provide assistance to enthusiasts.

Social capital, which has a sociological tinge (Niazi & Shirazi, 2010), is considered a relationship based on trust that creates invisible bonds among members of an organization and helps the organization understand and comprehend its strategic goals (Danchev, 2006).
The formation of social capital requires factors, one of the most important of which is the value system, and a significant part of the knowledge and teachings of divine religions is also devoted to explaining the methods of desirable social and individual life in society and realizing the model of a perfect and worthy human being in this world and the hereafter (Zarghami, 2007).
The main issue in examining the concept of social capital is that despite its positive effects on social and economic life at various levels, Iranian social science researchers have paid less attention to the relationship between social capital and Islamic ethics (Behrovan & Behrovan, 2012); while research has shown that the divine system has an important impact on social capital.
