چکیده:
The non-value-free nature of politics is a slogan that postmodernists, anti-positivists, and supporters of the Frankfurt School have long promoted and propagated, and the myth of value-free science is strongly suppressed. These individuals have associated politics with other areas of science, ethics, and art. Modernity failed to connect with humans and history, but postmodernity seeks to address this alienation of humans. This article, considering the eternal question of the nature of the connection and relationship between ethics and politics, seeks to explore the nature of the discourse of ethics and politics in the paradigm of modernity and postmodernity, and how the relationship between ethics and politics is defined in the modern and postmodern eras. Should we believe in the unity of these two or their alienation?

Despite all this, the defenders of modernity do not want to admit this achievement of the modern era (the failure of modern ethical beliefs), to the point that Karl Otto Apel, in his speech at the Strasbourg gathering (November 22-21, 1991), while mentioning this conflict, still insists on the general and somewhat Kantian aspect of ethical principles in response to postmodern criticisms: “But I, for my part, believe that our task today is by no means to place the particularity of difference and self-sadness of individual entities against criteria that have universal value.
This is precisely what separates these two from Nietzsche, because Nietzsche was the first to consider modernity far more extensive, destructive, and radical than the critiques of Marx and Freud, and for this very reason, Nietzsche is the pivotal point and turning point of modern philosophy and the favorite philosopher of postmodernists, that is, the favorite of anyone who wants to absolutely negate modernity and the rational culture inherent in modernity and conclude that in this modern experience there is no underlying reality or moral value and nothing in it can be relied upon, but rather one must completely transcend this modern experience and reach beyond or after it, namely postmodernity or post-modernity.
