خلاصه ماشینی:
In response to this question, it is hypothesized that: Economic and livelihood problems of children's families, family structure and migration in general, and the lack of codified laws with strong enforcement guarantees and the non-child-centered nature of laws are among the most important general and legal challenges to the exploitation of child labor.
The research findings indicate that the exploitation of child labor is a serious social problem for society, and enacting laws with high enforcement guarantees based on international norms is considered very important to combat it.
These children are separated from their warm home and safe haven for reasons such as financial poverty, large family size, unfavorable social status, unemployment, violence, and so on, and after much hardship and sometimes experiencing severe trauma in the community, we witness a major problem called child labor and various forms of exploitation by mafia groups and regional gangs who do not have mental health.
The reason for the provisions of the latter part of Article (1) of the Convention on the Rights of the Child is that countries, considering the physical and mental condition and intellectual growth of children under their jurisdiction and in some cases considering political and social realities and taking into account religious customs and traditions, declare a certain age as the age of growth and puberty.
