چکیده:
Today, identifying the necessary infrastructure for creating innovation in organizations is very important. In previous research, infrastructures have been studied separately, but in the present research, an attempt has been made to examine the direct and indirect effects of social capital and transformational leadership on innovation performance with a comprehensive model, considering the mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning. This study was conducted on a sample of 210 employees of Shatel Company in Tehran using simple random sampling method. Structural equation modeling method was used by Lisrel8.8 software to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the exogenous variables (social capital and transformational leadership) do not have a positive and direct impact on knowledge management, but the exogenous variables have a positive and direct impact on organizational learning and innovation performance. Also, knowledge management has a positive and direct impact on innovation performance and organizational learning, and finally, organizational learning has a positive, direct and significant impact on innovation performance.

In previous studies, infrastructures have been studied separately, but in the present study, an attempt has been made with a comprehensive model to investigate the direct and indirect effects of social capital and transformational leadership on innovation performance, considering the mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning.
The results of the research showed that exogenous variables (social capital and transformational leadership) do not have a positive and direct effect on knowledge management, but exogenous variables have a positive and direct effect on organizational learning and innovation performance.
The present research aims to investigate the role of social capital platforms, transformational leadership, organizational learning, and knowledge management in creating and promoting innovation performance by designing a coherent model.
Research Conceptual Model Research Method Since the purpose of the research is to determine the causal relationships between social capital and transformational leadership with performance innovation considering the mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning (Figure 1), this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method.
In the analytical model of the research, social capital and transformational leadership are independent variables, knowledge management and organizational learning are mediating variables, and innovation performance is the dependent variable.
Research Findings The findings of this research were obtained through examining the measurement models of exogenous variables (social capital and transformational leadership) and endogenous variables (organizational learning, knowledge management, and innovation performance) using the first-order and second-order confirmatory factor analysis approach in Lisrel software and examining the structural model of the research, which will be detailed below.
