Considering the importance of the discussion, the present research, utilizing a problem-oriented framework and using a descriptive-analytical method, has studied the types of interaction of the aforementioned phenomenon with one of the most important branches of theological sciences (jurisprudence or Islamic law).
It concludes, by providing various evidence, that jurisprudence can use artificial intelligence data in at least three areas: 1 - The thematic study of jurisprudential issues.
