چکیده:
Using the knowledge and experience of experts in any matter has a long history in human life. Religious sources, including the Qur'an, have confirmed this rational basis with the command to ask the "people of remembrance", but despite accepting the necessity of paying attention to the opinion of experienced people in many works, the use of new medical knowledge has sometimes doubted or even denied by some scholars and it has caused long-term debates. This research, which is organized in a descriptive-analytical way and uses the library method to collect information, aims to answer the question of whether Infallible Imams (pbuh) visit the physician or recommended it to others in order to use the data of this study for the use proving permission of using new medical knowledge religiously. The findings of this research show that there are signs, however small, of the Infallible Imams (pbuh) visiting the physician and recommending it to others, but considering the agreement of these hadiths with the reason and The Qur'an, or at least the lack of opposition to it, some arguments concerning avoiding visiting the physician, does not have the strength to face them.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Given that medical affairs deal with the soul and psyche of humans, which is clearly different from other specialized and technological matters on one hand, and the existence of numerous narrations transmitted from the Infallibles (as) regarding diseases and their treatments on the other hand, investigating this subject is of special importance, especially since this discussion is intertwined with the issue of the existence or non-existence of Islamic medicine; of course, the subject of Islamic medicine, which has many dimensions, is not the subject of this essay; rather, this research seeks to answer two main questions: 1.
Given that this narration has not appeared in authoritative sources, it is not reliable from a documentary standpoint; however, its content explicitly indicates His consultation with those who were skilled in medicine at that time; although, in that it introduces the Prophet as an individual who was constantly ill and in need of treatment, it can only be used as a witness and supporter of the claim.
Although this narration does not explicitly state the Imam's referral to a physician or their treatment by fell and brought him to his service, he said to the Imam: May my father and mother be sacrificed for you, I did not know that you needed this oil, allow me not to take its price, because I am your servant, but pray to Allah to grant me a healthy son (without defect) who is a lover of you, the Ahl al-Bayt.
