چکیده:
The present research concerns the spread of excommunicationist terrorism to Iran and its impact on the national security as a malign problem. The method of the research is descriptive and analytic. The findings show that since the spread of excommunicationist terrorism is a malign problem, the solutions to it should be adopted in terms of malign problems. For this reason, the central government must view the spread of excommunicationist terrorism to the Iranian boundaries as a malign problem and adopt policies and solutions with a cooperative approach so that it can manage the problem with the collaboration of all the interested groups. Otherwise, the problem has the potential to become a super-malign problem.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Therefore, it must be said that Iran's surrounding environment is involved in increasing tension due to the existence of a vast number of terrorist groups with Salafi backgrounds, as well as due to the complexity and multidimensionality of this emerging phenomenon; from ˑ this perspective, there is no bright horizon for resolving the problem of terrorism and Takfiri ideologies in the region; for this reason, we can view the spread of Takfiri terrorism into the country and its impact on Iran's minority-populated regions as an inevitable security threat and in the form of a wicked problem 1.
ɦ The present article aims to test this hypothesis, which states that the spread of Takfiri terrorist ideology and the emergence of Takfiri groups within Iran's borders has been a wicked problem and, from the perspective of external threats and internal vulnerabilities, has negative consequences for the national security of Iran.
Theoretical Foundations of the Research The fluidity and extensiveness of threats arising from terrorist groups with Salafi backgrounds to the national security and the surrounding environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran has transformed the spread of this type of terrorism into a multidimensional, complex, and controversial challenge.
Despite the value of the content addressed, an evaluation of the literature shows that existing studies have not paid attention to the issue of the spread of Takfiri terrorism within the country's borders and its effects and consequences on the national security of Iran from the perspective of wicked problems; given the importance and novelty of the subject, the present research attempts to explore the dimensions of this issue.
