(Method) Accepting that the two variables of the individual and the international system have the greatest influence during this period (Hypothesis), the enumerated results of this research indicate that: on one hand, developments in Saudi Arabia's domestic environment, particularly the role of the new leader and his personality traits, and on the other hand, external factors such as strategic cooperation with the United States, regional tensions including competition with the Islamic Republic of Iran, failure in the Yemen crisis, and the creation of a balance of power, have been identified as the most effective factors in changing Saudi Arabia's foreign policy behavior regarding the Palestine issue.
Based on James Rosenau's model, it seems that the role of the individual variable, namely the personality and psychological characteristics of Mohammed bin Salman, and the international environment, can have the greatest impact during this period on the formation and nature of Saudi Arabia's foreign policy approach toward the Palestine issue.
In addition, the placement of the satisfaction of the United States of America as an effective factor in the foreign policy of the Saudi government, as well as the increase in Iran's regional power under the axis of resistance, has caused Saudi Arabia, after the Western oil embargo and the supporters of the Zionist regime in 1973 and during the October War, to practically change its approach to the Palestine issue and coordinate Arab governments around a single policy based on political-diplomatic methods, which, of course, this change in approach has reached its peak during the bin Salman era.
