چکیده:
The focalpoint of Transcendent Theosophy is the basic concept of existence. This very factor has caused the composite predicates that focus only on the characteristics of a particular topic and accept the principle of existence and its consequences as a pre-hypothesis outside the domain of transcendent philosophy, whereas, the fact is that, the predicates of political philosophy are now part of the composite predicates. Therefore, a basic question that arises for the advocates of Transcendent Theosophy is that whether the existential rulesof Islamic philosophy are applicable for both general philosophy and political philosophy, or whether political philosophy traverses a different path philosophy in reaching Islamic philosophy ? To answer this question, contemporary Muslim philosophers have presented two contrasting viewpoints. Mahdi Haeri believes that the rules determining the existence of philosophy, despite the difference between philosophy and political philosophy are applicableto both. But Allamah Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Tabatabaei believes that the rules determining the existence of philosophy have no place in Islamic political philosophy. The present article seeks to study the two present viewpoints .

Expansion of Transcendent Wisdom in Contemporary Islamic Political Philosophy Mohammad Pezeshki* Abstract The central axis of Transcendent Philosophy is the fundamental concept of existence, and this very fact has caused compound propositions—which only report the attributes, accidents, and specifications of a subject and accept the essence of the subject's being and its accidents as a prerequisite—to fall outside the realm of Transcendent Philosophy; whereas political philosophy propositions are generally of the compound type.
To answer this question, contemporary Muslim philosophers have presented two competing views; Mahdi Haeri believes that the ontological rules of philosophy apply to both realms despite the difference between philosophy and political philosophy.
1 The fourth stage of divine justice takes on a political aspect and consists of the theory of Islamic government; however, from Haeri's perspective, it must be interpreted and explained in such a way that it can be compatible with all human societies and be free from any imposition, based on the rational and intellectual recognition of the various societies of human history.
This does not mean that Haeri does not consider acquisitive knowledge to be based on presentational knowledge, but rather the intention is that Tabataba'i strengthens the propositions of political philosophy, and indeed all conventional propositions, by referring to presentational knowledge.
On one hand, Mahdi Haeri considers this type of proposition and concept to be worthy of study in existential philosophy because they are based on the best order of existence or, in the famous term of political philosophy, natural rights.
