چکیده:
Familiarity with the context of issuance of Hadith leads to a more accurate and complete understanding of the intention of the Infallible (AS). Shia jurisprudential narrations were issued in a context where the culture and beliefs of the Sunni majority prevailed. Familiarity with the influential clues in understanding the subtleties present in Shia jurisprudential narrations requires awareness of the Prophetic narrations considered authentic by Sunnis, as well as the sayings and opinions of the Companions, the Tabi'un, and the scholars of the first two centuries of the Hijri era. Collecting these clues allows Taqiyya-based narrations to be identified accurately and completely, and also reveals the commonalities between Shia and Sunni jurisprudential propositions. This collection specifies that some Companions and Tabi'un, among the first to third classes of Sunni scholars in the first two centuries of the Hijri era, had fatwas similar to Shia narrations.
