چکیده:
The purpose of the present study is to review the relation between the two concepts of right and justice from the viewpoint of Shahid Motahhari. The research method is descriptive analysis and the results showed that the subject of justice mentioned about human behavior implies human rights. Social justice is the observance of equality in the legislation and execution of law so that everyone would achieve his/her right. The most significant impact of lack of justice in society is the disruption of the balance, calmness, and mental health of society and its citizens which would unreasonably change their thoughts, moral beliefs, and behavior and bring unsafety in the living environment.

Revisiting the Connection Between the Two Concepts of Right and Justice From the Perspective of Shahid Motahhari 1 Mostafa Habibi Kondesar1, Behrooz Daylam Salehi2, Saeed Eslami3 1 PhD student, Department of Political Science, Chalous Branch, Islamic Azad University, Chalous, Iran.
Social justice rests on two pillars: First, the rights and priorities of individuals relative to one another; second, the conventional necessity of observing the priorities and rights of others, which is essential for having a prosperous society (Motahhari, 1384: Vol. 1, p.
187), and in social justice, the entitled persons are the individuals and society itself (Motahhari, 1384: Vol. 21, p.
The Professor explicitly states in one place that granting the right to the entitled person is the absolute definition of justice, and he defines social justice specifically as observing equality in the formulation and implementation of law, explaining that this does not mean absolute equality or treating all members of society on a single level (Motahhari, 1378: Vol. 6, p.
The Professor considers humans equal in terms of primary natural rights and believes that it is these acquired rights that gradually place individuals in an unequal situation in a justifiable manner (Motahhari, 1384: Vol. 19, p.
The Professor believes that since society itself is a right holder, in addition to justice in the sense of balance, justice in the sense of granting rights also dictates the precedence of the public right over the individual right (Motahhari, 1378: Vol. 1, p.
