چکیده:
No scholarly work، however highly creditable، is free from criticism، and this would not ruin the scholarly status of the author، either. Critique: By examining the history of the Sunnis, this important point becomes clear: after Malik ibn Anas, the author of the book Muwatta, a movement of Musnad writing3 began, and great figures of the Sunnis compiled books under the title Musanid, the most famous of which is the Musnad (1).
The esteemed author, in his book Dirayat al-Hadith, has provided the following definition for Mutawatir Hadith: "In every class of news, or by means of an abundance (1).
The clearest reason in critiquing this matter is the statement of Professor Shanechi himself in his book History of Hadith, where he says: "Man La Yahduruhu al-Faqih has been compiled according to the classification of the author within four volumes and 665 chapters, and the total number of its Hadiths, according to the opinion of some commentators as well as Muhaddith Bahrani, is 3695 Hadiths; however, according to the numbering of the respected scholar Mr. Ali Akbar Ghaffari in his research edition, it is 0295 Hadiths, which perhaps this discrepancy arises from the number of repetitions and whether they are counted or not".
Another point that the author has provided regarding the continuation of the abbreviation of the Isnad is as follows: "The later scholars have used another method in abbreviation, which is that they only mention the name of the person from whom the Hadith is narrated and indicate the quality (sahih, hasan, muwathaq, and (1).
