چکیده:
The issue of the religion of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) before his mission is one of the topics that Islamic and non-Islamic scholars have addressed. In this regard, various theories and perspectives exist, such that some have extended the perspective of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) to the extent of idolatry. In this article, only the views of Islamic scholars are examined. First, the views are presented and then they will be criticized and reviewed. The method of this research is analytical and relies mostly on the theories of authors and reports from sources. Of course, verses and traditions have also been used. The most significant issues examined here are one regarding the attribution of idolatry to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) and another regarding his following of the prophets before him. These two perspectives are examined and criticized along with various reasons, and finally, it has been concluded that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) possessed his own independent and specific Sharia and religion.
خلاصه ماشینی:
This article intends to examine the religion and Sharia of the Prophet of Islam صلّی اللّه علیه و اله و سلّم from the time He reached the age of religious obligation until the time of the mission.
Some of the books written on this matter or related to this subject include: Kitab al-Radd ala man za'ama anna al-Nabi صلّی اللّه علیه و اله و سلّم kana ala din qawmihi qabla al-nubuwwah (Ja'far bin Ahmad bin Ayyub Samarqandi, Najashi p.
These narrations have different forms and contents: A) The Prophet صلّی اللّه علیه و اله و سلّم was upon the religion of his people, meaning that in all aspects, including customs and traditions, social matters, and even in matters of worship, they followed the Quraysh.
Before entering the discussion, we will clarify the two words "din" (religion) and "qawm" (people): "Din": The word "din" in these narrations is not used in a technical sense that only includes Islamic matters, but rather the meaning of "din" is the presence of the Prophet صلّی اللّه علیه و اله و سلّم within the Quraysh; because before the mission, His Eminence had no opposition to the Quraysh, and anyone who saw him would think so.
" According to the literal meaning of this verse, God considers Islam to be the religion of Abraham (peace be upon him) and has guided the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) to that religion.
