چکیده:
Nowadays, the 'good governance' paradigm has been a common and dominant method for managing society at the global level and is distinct from government and rule. In this article, first, 'good governance' and its indicators are examined using a 'descriptive-analytical' method, and then 'competent governance' and its indicators are analyzed from the perspective of Hazrat Ali (AS).
