The Sovereignty of Muslims under the Protection of Acting upon the Quran Imam (RA) considers the weakness, lethargy, and stagnation of Muslims in the current world, especially in the face of arrogant powers, is due to the fact that Islamic laws and rulings are not being implemented in all Islamic countries. If today the Islamic community or even individuals have no respect and are deprived of sovereignty, it is the result of their failure to act according to Islamic laws and regulations and their lethargy in implementing the laws of the Quran, just as God says in the Quran: و أطیعوا اللهَ و رسولَه و لا تنازعوا فتفشلوا و تذهَبَ ریحُکُم (Al-Anfal: 46) Obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute, lest you lose courage and your might departs.
