" 6 A woman who undergoes an abortion suffers serious damage in marital matters and also tramples on morality with this act of hers, because it causes the termination of life of another person; moreover, she also calls her maternal identity into question, because she has both caused the death of her child and, due to psychological disorders resulting from abortion, harms her other children as well.
