چکیده:
Hijab is another subject that Mernissi addresses in the book 'Veiled Women and the Elite of Jovshan-Poush'; she limits herself to only verse 53 of Surah Al-Ahzab among the verses of hijab and presents a strange interpretation of the concept of hijab. In her analysis, despite all her efforts, she provides no logical or scientific reason for her view. In this writing, this subject is briefly criticized from various aspects, and the following questions are answered: Do Sunni and Shia commentators, in light of the verses of the Holy Quran, confirm this strange meaning of hijab? Do Sunni and Shia jurists, in light of jurisprudential sources, accept this matter? Does the practice (Sira) of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) indicate this strange interpretation?

Because this form of relationship, meaning that despite the presence of a barrier, curtain, and hijab, both non-mahram men are prevented from the danger of slipping, and it is also a guarantee for the moral integrity of the wives of the Prophet Islam (PBUH), ensuring they are immune from potential accusations.
2 But when it comes to imposing his theory on the meaning of the verse and laying the necessary groundwork for designing this theory, he states: "Tabari, in his explanations regarding the revelation of hijab, does not mention the anger of the Prophet (PBUH), whose dignity, calmness, and patience were limitless.
