چکیده:
Intellectual and epistemological trendology is one of the important topics that covers a large part of epistemological domains and social spheres. The category of trendology, both in terms of content and in terms of geographical territory, ethnic diversity, cultural variety, etc., covers a wide range. One of the priorities in this category is that as long as we do not properly recognize the effective and intervening currents in 'contemporary intellectual trends in the Islamic world' at the international level and do not correctly analyze their intellectual dimensions, angles, and operational methods, we will not be able to act successfully in this competition. Intellectual trendology draws a clear picture of the existing epistemological domains in the Islamic world, provides the ground for achieving a deeper understanding of these domains, and puts appropriate solutions at our disposal. In this writing, first, an indication is made of the nature and necessity of trendology, its research requirements and necessities, and the criteria and measures for classifying intellectual trends; then, the context and origin of the formation of contemporary intellectual trends in the Islamic world have been analyzed, and finally, the general structure of the classification of existing trends in the Islamic world has been presented.
خلاصه ماشینی:
The role of intellectual trends in goal-setting for social lifestyles, providing an efficient political-social model, and creating stable and comprehensive security for Islamic societies, has a close connection with the theoretical foundations of these trends, such as their religious and jurisprudential epistemological foundations and their theological foundations; and recognizing their orientations, solutions, and approaches is impossible without considering their intellectual foundations; because intellectual and cognitive trends organize any political and social action based on their own intellectual principles and foundations.
To identify intellectual trends in the Islamic world, first, the core subjects and issues affecting Muslim societies must be identified and categorized in terms of an ideal model across two axes, internal and external, and in three dimensions: intellectual-cultural, economic-social, and political-security.
Contemporary intellectual trends and Islamist movements in Islamic countries have essentially formed in response to two pivotal issues: "internal decline and backwardness" and "the West and foreign invasion and dominance," both of which have intellectual-cultural, economic-social, and political-security dimensions.
Based on the different types of views held by intellectual and epistemological trends toward the sources and foundations of religious epistemology on one hand, and their potential and actual capacities in providing operational models for solving social problems on the other hand, several important trends can be identified in the Islamic world.
(4) Traditionalists believe that this intellectual trend, in facing the modern world, is aware of the nature of this world and its philosophical, scientific, and social issues, and considers the answer to these issues to be in the return to Islamic culture, values, and traditions, and the revival of Islam as a spiritual reality amidst the global chaos and turmoil resulting from modernism.
