'Equity and Justice' are among the most important pillars and multifaceted, transcendental Islamic values that have been extensively emphasized in the Holy Quran and the teachings of religious leaders within the realms of individual and social life. Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani (714-786 AH), as one of the greatest influential thinkers on the subcontinent and a large part of Asia, has addressed the importance of justice from several different aspects in his works. Based on his political and social theory and his ideological foundation, justice lies at the center of his worldview, anthropology, and political philosophy. In this regard, he has expressed beliefs that actually constitute a deep analysis of the Islamic perspective on justice, centered around the 'just ruler' and the 'just reformer.' He analyzes many rulings, such as 'enjoining good and forbidding evil,' on this very basis.

Justice and its position in Islamic values "Justice" has been the greatest ideal of humans in their social life, and in the heavenly books, especially in the Holy Quran, justice and equity (qist) have been emphasized as a divine principle.
From the sayings of the Holy Quran and the traditions of the leaders of religion, it is understood that justice and equity are a way to approach the Truth, and by observing them, one can draw closer to God in individual and social spheres; for this reason, it says: «اعدلوا هو أقرب للتّقوی» (Ma'idah, 8), because justice and piety complement each other, and without them, no happiness can be seen for humans and the world.
