چکیده:
Examining the 'Bible' is one of the challenging and important topics that today, especially with the expansion of Christian proselytism, has found a high frequency of occurrence, and it is worthy to be re-examined from a jurisprudential perspective. Ma al-wasf (in short), for jurisprudential judgment on this issue to be accurate, it is necessary that some of the theological discussions regarding the Bible also be clarified. Therefore, the explanation of the verses of the Torah and the Gospel, as well as its views on certain theological topics such as 'God' and 'Prophets', were considered; then, the nature and position of the 'Two Testaments' from the perspective and judgment of the Holy Quran was subjected to criticism from the viewpoint of theology experts in Western thought. From a jurisprudential perspective as well, by criticizing the claim of some researchers regarding the non-applicability of 'misleading books' (Kutub al-Dalal) to this collection, its reasoning is critiqued. Therefore, due to the specific nature of the present writing, a specific method has cast a shadow over this research; however, with the difference that in the subject-matter discussions, theological discussions hold a fundamental and primary role. The finding of the research is that, given the existing clues and evidence, especially the internal contradictions admitted by Western theologians, the Bible lacks verbal infallibility and is a constructed and human writing; from a jurisprudential view, given the non-truthful themes regarding God and the Prophets contained within it, it is considered similar to misleading books, and the prohibition of preserving it in its general sense includes any type of activity or program deemed to be in the direction of its permanence and revival.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Therefore, the explanation of the verses of the Torah and the Gospel, as well as its views on some theological topics such as "God" and "Prophets," were considered; then, the nature and status of the "Two Covenants" from the perspective and judgment of the Holy Quran was, at one point, accompanied by a critique of it from the viewpoint of theological experts in Western thought.
Theological Discussions of the Holy Bible In this section of the writing, which will actually serve as the jurisprudential typology in this issue, first, the Holy Bible is examined from the perspective of the Holy Quran, then, the views of Western thinkers regarding it are explained, and after that, the contents of the verses of the Torah and the Gospel in two separate sections regarding God and the prophets are clarified as a content-based critique of this book.
On the other hand, the claim of its mass transmission (tawatur) is also not accepted; since the contemporary Torah and Gospel do not have a clear document and history, and their writing took place after a period had passed from the era of these two prophets of God. Therefore, the theory of the holiness of the Bible, which has undergone change and corruption, is undermined, and the chosen view is the man-made and forged nature of the origin of this book; especially regarding the New Testament, whose initial writing took place in Greek and in the West, while Jesus (peace be upon him) lived in Palestine (the Middle East) and his language was Aramaic.
