چکیده:
The present article aims to explain the discourse of resistance in the international arena, emphasizing the Second Step Declaration of the Revolution and the centrality of the views of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei. Accordingly, using the theoretical framework of 'Ummahat al-Matalib' (the mother of matters) and an exploratory-inductive method, an attempt has been made to present the discourse of resistance. Resistance in this discourse has a constructive concept whose necessity is supported by Quranic, narrative, rational, empirical, and logical reasons and evidence; for its application, intellectual independence, spirituality, piety, mosques, simple living, avoidance of extravagance, organization, prayer, not fearing loneliness, etc., are essential. In the discourse of resistance from the perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei, Rasulullah is introduced as the primary model, followed by Hazrat Abul-Abdollah al-Husayn, and at lower levels, Imam Khomeini as models.

The goal of the enemies of Islam and the emperors of disbelief and hypocrisy, led by America, is in the first stage to convert the equation of Jihad and resistance in the region into a scheme of takfir and terror or, in other words, into a Sunni-Shia war, so that through this way, they can dominate all the material and spiritual destinies of the Islamic world ّ (Ayatollah Khamenei: 91/4/24) and in the second stage, they can achieve dominance over nations on a global level (Ayatollah Khamenei: 97/8/12).
