چکیده:
Awareness of the factors that contribute to the promotion of human health is an unavoidable necessity. Based on this awareness, a person can protect their health and vitality from any destructive factor and always possess physical and mental balance, health, and true happiness. What is emphasized in Islam is that humans should not, through their behaviors, create the conditions for falling into the trap of mental illnesses. Many studies have shown that prayer and supplication can reduce a person's spiritual and psychological issues and problems. The reason for Islam's emphasis on the continuous remembrance of God is that during worldly life, a person may experience various stresses and psychological pressures moment by moment, which gradually diminish a person's spiritual and psychological strength and create the conditions for the development of dangerous mental and sometimes physical illnesses. Therefore, a person must increase their spiritual and psychological strength by connecting themselves to the source and origin of existence, seeking heartfelt assistance from Him, and staying under the shadow of continuous prayer and supplication. Thus, we must always make all of God's commands and prohibitions our primary goal in strengthening mental health and seek God's help to implement them. The research method is of a library type, involving references to Quranic verses, interpretations, and mental health psychologists to analyze and describe it.
