چکیده:
Almighty God has expressed the importance of the sea in numerous verses of the Holy Quran. Given that more than 2500 kilometers of the country's borders are covered by seawater, the necessity of paying attention to the guidance of the Quran regarding the sea is considered an important duty, especially since human life depends entirely on the correct recognition and utilization of this God-given resource. The word 'Bahr' meaning sea appears in the singular form in 32 verses of the Quran. The word 'Barr' meaning land also appears in the singular form in 12 verses of the Quran. In this article, first, the relationship of these verses with the proportion of land to sea is proven, then other new findings in marine engineering science are matched with the verses of the Holy Quran, and the necessary evidence is provided to support this theory that truths exist in the Quran about modern sciences, especially the wonders of seas and oceans. Additionally, the scientific possibility of seas catching fire, how seas merge, the barrier between two seas, darkness in the depths of the sea, tidal currents and other currents and ocean waves have been discussed.

In this article, first, the ratio of these verses to the ratio of land to sea is proven, then other new findings in marine engineering science are matched with the verses of the Holy Quran, and the necessary evidence is provided to support this theory that truths exist in the Quran regarding new sciences, especially the wonders of seas and oceans.
The word "Bahr" meaning sea appears in its singular form in 32 verses 1 of the Holy Quran.
This phenomenon is seen in Figure No. 2 in the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, which meet at the Strait of Gibraltar, but they remain separate due to reasons such as temperature and the level of salinity and freshness of the waters.
Figure No. 3: The tourist city of Skagen in Denmark, where the Baltic Sea and the North Sea meet As previously mentioned, in the Holy Quran, God's signs and verses have been spoken of many times.
Figure No. 6 is a table examining the difference in salinity and density of sea and ocean water at various depths, which the Holy Quran refers to exactly in verse 40 of Surah An-Nur. It shows [the difference] with surface and internal waves.
Sea waves, especially internal waves, were examined based on new advancements in marine engineering science, and the observations mentioned in the Holy Quran regarding the existence of different waves in the sea and their impact on darkness and the continuation of life were noted.
