چکیده:
One of the most important concepts that has received much attention in recent several years as an effective factor in organizations’ success is organizational citizenship behavior، which has been widely investigated to identify its impressive elements and implications. In this article، first the status of justice in Islam as well as a study of new dimensions of organizational justice including four dimensions of justice (distributive، procedural، interactional، and informational) and the practical examples of these dimensions in the life story (sīra) of the Prophet (S.A.W.) and Imams (A.S.) are explained and then، the role of each one of them in promoting organizational citizenship behavior is described.

In this article, considering the position and importance of justice in the Holy Quran and consequently in our Islamic culture, justice in organizations is studied as one of the influential factors in promoting these behaviors.
To this end, first, the position of justice in Islam is described, followed by a new dimensionology of organizational justice including four dimensions of justice (distributive, procedural, interactional, and informational), and then the role of each in promoting organizational citizenship behaviors is explained.
Distributive justice and organizational citizenship behaviors According to equity theory, employees will be more satisfied if the ratio between received benefits and provided contributions is comparable to the perceived ratio of their colleagues; that is, if they perceive that they are being treated fairly, they are most likely, by having positive attitudes toward work, work outcomes, and their supervisors, will engage in exchange -------------- (1).
Procedural justice and organizational citizenship behaviors This component is related to the fairness of the processes through which decisions are made.
