Raj'at is a specific Shia doctrine and, in technical terms, refers to the collective return of both believing and disbelieving deceased individuals to worldly life during the uprising of Imam Mahdi, so that the disbelievers may witness their worldly punishment and the believers, while participating in the uprising of Imam Mahdi, may rejoice in the punishment of the disbelievers. In this writing, the Quranic and narrational evidences of Raj'at are examined, and the raised doubts are addressed. It has been stated in the course of this explanation that even if someone does not wish to accept the details of Raj'at as described in some narrations, they have no choice but to accept the principle of Raj'at itself. The strong Quranic and narrational evidences in this regard are decisive and cannot be denied, even though understanding the details of Raj'at may be difficult for some.

This Raj'at is only related to those who believe in the verse, and considering the explanation that the Imam(AS) provides regarding killing in the way of Allah, interpreting it as being killed in the way of Ali(AS) and his progeny, and also taking into account other narrations on this subject, it becomes clear that it is the same pure believers who are intended.
In the Qummi commentary, a narration from Imam al-Sadiq (AS) regarding the explanation of the verse is mentioned, which provides this very interpretation and considers the victory of the messengers and believers to be in the Raj'at.
