First Document: "He is the owner by right of entitlement" Attestation, inquiry, and investigation are sought from the scholars, the Sayyids, the dignitaries, and the inhabitants of the brilliant capital, generally from the Sayyids, the elders, and the inhabitants of the sacred sanctuary of His Eminence Abd al-Azim, peace be upon him, especially since each is knowledgeable and well-informed, regarding that this humble servant, in the late era of the forgiven Khagan, during the assumption of trusteeship and the renovation of the shrine and garden of Imamzadeh Abdullah, peace be upon him and blessings, [acquired] the old qanat through the partnership of Ali Akbar Khan Vizier, [and] the partnership (share) of Ali Akbar Khan according to the Sharia method in the presence of Akhund Mulla Rajab-Ali, may Allah exalt his station, and having been finalized with the seal of the great Imam-Jum'ah, may Allah exalt his station, and having been transferred to himself through the confirmation of the late Agha Mahmoud, was in possession of six dong[s]. In this document, which is a decree from Nasir al-Din Shah Qajar dated Dhu al-Qi'dah 1276 AH (written ten years before the first document), Nasir al-Din Shah, while enumerating the services of Zil al-Sultan and referring to Hakim Elahi's guardianship over this region and his full supervision, and noting that "the aforementioned, due to the proximity of Qom and travel, could not always stay at the seat of the capital, and could not appropriately and as desired undertake the management and regulation of that place," entrusted the guardianship there to "the care of [his son-in-law] Mirza Sayyid Mohammad, son of the late Haji Sayyid Razi Larijani, resident of Tehran.
