چکیده:
Several studies have been conducted in the field of Islamic strategic management. However, the topics of these studies are sporadic. It is necessary to have a comprehensive study plan to solve this problem and develop a strategic plan for transforming and enhancing Islamic strategic management knowledge. The primary question of this study is: "What is the size and scope of the existing literature in the field of Islamic strategic management?" What are its strengths and weaknesses and in which areas is there a greater research gap?" The method of this study is a scoping review, and its input is all Persian articles in the field of Islamic strategic management that have been published in Iran. Based on the reviews, 565 studies have been conducted in this field. After the scientific screening, 36 studies were carefully reviewed. The results revealed that there is a theoretical gap in this field. Although studies in this field have increased in recent years, their number is still very small. Despite the richness of Islamic sources, including the Holy Quran, authentic hadiths, theological, philosophical, ethical, jurisprudential sources, etc, these sources have unfortunately been used very little in strategic management knowledge. A seven-layer classification model of strategic management issues has been presented for the first time in this study. Islamic strategic management studies based on this model indicate that more than 60% of the studies in this field are conducted only in the layer of strategic management process and no study has been conducted in other layers and the number of the studies is small. Finally, given the scope obtained and the existing capacities of Islamic sources, some recommendations were presented for transforming and promoting this crucial field of knowledge.

Preliminary assessment of the size and scope of existing literature; with the aim of identifying the nature and extent of research evidence (Grant and Booth, 2009) Additionally, in the searches resulting from the first strategy, several secondary studies in the field of Islamic management were obtained; however, none of them specifically investigated the field of strategic management.
In the second strategy, the research literature and the sources and references of both groups of the aforementioned works were reviewed, and again, no published secondary study in the field of Islamic strategic management was found.
