چکیده:
The issue of exporting the Islamic Revolution has been one of the most controversial issues in the history of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Some intellectuals, such as Mehdi Bazargan, have viewed it critically. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to examine his critical view of the policy of exporting the revolution and its evaluation. The research findings show that Bazargan had two views on this issue; in his initial stance he agreed with this issue and in his later views he is considered as one of the serious critics of this idea. He points to issues such as the imposition of the issuance of the revolution, the flight of nations from the revolution, the isolation of the Islamic Revolution, the departure of Muslims to the ranks of infidels, etc. as factors in his claim to oppose this issue. In response to this view, we can also point to issues such as the naturalness of the export of the revolution, the attraction of many nations to the Islamic Revolution, the lack of isolation of the Islamic Revolution due to the awakening of nations, and the conversion of young people to religion and etc.

He explicitly rejects the nationalist view due to its emphasis on non-religious elements alongside Islamic values; the second group is rejected by Imam Khomeini( due to their erroneous thoughts and actions and their disregard for appropriate mechanisms for interacting with other nations; furthermore, ignoring popular movements based on awareness and awakening, and the lack of correct understanding of regional and global interactions, are considered incorrect and futile from the perspective of Imam Khomeini(.
Based on this, attention is paid to the software aspect of the Islamic revolution and soft influence in public opinion to realize the three principles mentioned above; as the words of Imam Khomeini( state: "We, who say we want to export our revolution, want to export this, we want this matter, the very meaning that has emerged, the very spirituality that has emerged in Iran, these very issues that have emerged in Iran, we want to export this, we do not want to draw swords and guns and attack", (ibid.
