چکیده:
The introduction of the concept of 'expediency' (Maslahat) into the realm of 'Islamic Government' by Imam Khomeini, may Allah have mercy on him, is considered one of the valuable innovations that can be understood based on the heritage of Shiite jurisprudence. However, some authors have attempted to evaluate the entry of expediency into the realm of Shiite political jurisprudence as a new concept that leads to the secularization of Shiite jurisprudence.
