چکیده:
The epidemic of environmental impacts is one of the factors that necessitate examining its various dimensions in a wide range of political actions of governments. Environmental rights، as the most important case in the four factors of solidarity rights، beyond the political actions of governments، have also raised international concerns as a result of its impact on the globe. In this regard، attention or lack of attention to environmental development is one of the effective indicators of the governments in terms of economic-social development. Regarding the direct supervision of the governments to implement this important issue and in view of the importance of socio-political and economic development of countries in environmental developments، the present study uses a descriptive-analytical approach and modeling to examine the role of macroeconomic policies of Islamic Republic of Iran during the period of 1380 to 1395. The results of the study indicate the significant impact of the Islamic Republic of Iran، in general and governments in particular، on improving environmental development. In addition، any activity that is effective by the government in improving the economic، social and political development of the country heavily overwhelms the environmental pollution in Iran.
خلاصه ماشینی:
ِ The result of Iran's acceptance of international environmental declarations and documents determines the government's position regarding the quality of the environment in this country, which, in chronological order, is as follows; 3-1- The approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran in protecting the environment during the first 15-year period after the revolution The only legal article dedicated to environmental protection during this period is Note 13 of the First Development Plan Law, according to which, in order to provide the necessary facilities and equipment for the prevention and avoidance of pollution caused by polluting industries, factories and workshops are obliged to allocate one per thousand of their production sales, under the diagnosis and supervision of the Environmental Protection Organization, solely to pollution control, compensation for damages caused by pollution, and the creation of green spaces.
For example, attention to environmental economics (Article 59), a self-declaration scheme for monitoring polluting sources, presenting a national waste management plan (Article 61), increasing public awareness through media and achieving sustainable development (Article 64), formulating principles for eco-centric sustainable development, especially in production and consumption patterns and optimal guidelines (Article 65), applying policies for the efficient consumption of basic resources and the environment for the implementation of the green management program (Article 66), implementing the ecosystem management program (Article 67), and the establishment of the National Environment Fund, all indicate the growing importance of environmental protection and its issues in the development plan of this period.
