چکیده:
Given the complex, human-centered nature and the need for continuous innovation in educational-cultural institutions, traditional management styles do not meet the requirements of effective leadership in these organizations. This research was conducted with the aim of developing and validating a conceptual framework for artistic leadership competencies. The research approach is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative phase, the Delphi method and in-depth interviews with experts in the fields of educational management, art studies, and transformational leadership were used to extract the main dimensions of this type of leadership. These analyses led to the identification of three key competency domains: aesthetic insight, artistic influence capability, and creativity process management. In the quantitative phase, the developed conceptual framework was tested through a specialized questionnaire on a sample consisting of managers and senior experts of cultural and educational institutions. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) showed that the proposed model possesses a suitable statistical fit. The results indicate that competencies such as deep empathy, vision visualization, and creating a safe environment for trial and error have a direct, positive, and significant correlation with increasing employee job satisfaction and the quality of the organization's cultural and educational outputs. This model provides a rich tool for designing training and development programs for managers in this sector.
