This qualitative study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of transformational leadership in integrating computers and educational software in the science teaching process at the elementary level in schools in western Mazandaran province. The statistical population includes elementary school teachers in this region who were selected due to their direct role in the teaching process and interaction with educational technologies. Sampling was carried out using a purposive and theoretical method in such a way that teachers with sufficient experience in using educational technologies and familiarity with the transformational leadership style were selected as key samples. The number of samples continued until data saturation (15 to 20 people) was reached to ensure the richness of the data and the comprehensiveness of the analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using MAXQDA software and open and axial coding methods. The findings showed that transformational leadership plays an important role in facilitating the integration of technology in science education by motivating, supporting, and empowering teachers. Also, technology infrastructure, continuous training, and organizational support are key factors for the success of this process. This research can be a practical guide for educational administrators and policymakers in western Mazandaran province for the effective use of technology in education.

Adopting strategies such as continuous empowerment, change management, teamwork, and purposeful use of technology can reduce these obstacles and lead to consequences such as improving the quality of education, increasing the motivation and satisfaction of teachers and students, developing digital skills, and creating an innovative learning environment.
The present research emphasizes that transformational leadership, as a key factor, provides the ground for the successful integration of educational technologies by creating motivation, empowering teachers, and promoting a culture of innovation.
