The family isthe first society inwhich humans have set foot,& despite its simple concept,it has complex relationships,the protection of which will lead to the growth of the individual feelings of the members 7 ultimately lead to the progress of the society.For this reason,maintaining the foundation of the family & strengthening the relationships of its members should be given the attention of various government departments.Today, theadvancement of technology,the creation and development of virtual space, despite its positive effects,has created grounds for violating people's rights even inthe family environment.For example,the publication ofhateful words about women's gender & their roles in the family in cyberspace has ledto afeeling of failure & disgust inwomen.In this way,people's views on the value of roles such as wife & mother will bedegraded & will cause the collapse of the family & eventually lead to the disintegrationof the society.Therefore,it is necessary to study the legal dimensions of spreading hate in virtual spaceagainst therole and position of women,so that the legal requirements and legislative requirements are raised and the existing capacity of the legal system can be used tosupport this vulnerable group. In this research,with descriptive-analytical method, the issue of spreading hatred against women's family members has been studied and an attempt has been madetoexplain the situation of Iran's legal system in dealing with this harm.It seems that the use oflegal measures in order to ban hate speech,including regulation, filtering & theestablishment of preventive laws,as well asthe criminalization of hateful behaviors and finally using thecapacity ofcivil responsibility,are suitable methods

In cyberspace, this issue gains even greater importance; because there is the possibility of rapid and widespread dissemination of hate-containing content, and these contents can have extensive negative effects on specific groups, including women; therefore, in this article, the focus is on the types of hate speech that, through the use of cyberspace tools, lead to the promotion of verbal, psychological, or even physical violence against women within the context of family and society.
In other words, the criminalization of hate speech against women, especially in cyberspace, can serve as a criminal policy to help reduce the social, psychological, and even physical damages resulting from such behaviors and protect the human dignity of women against this type of verbal violence (Nobahar, 1390, p.
