The most important goal of registration law and this organization is to stabilize the property rights of individuals in society, and it always strives to ensure that individuals' rights do not conflict with the rights of others, as one of the main concerns of humans throughout their civil lives is the issue of conflict, interference, and infringement on property. There is no doubt that by registering properties and stabilizing ownership, many local and ethnic disputes and conflicting transactions are prevented or these disagreements are brought to an end, and this in itself is a factor in the emergence of judicial security in society.
