This research was compiled with the aim of investigating the role of managers' decision-making styles on job burnout. The research method is descriptive-survey and in terms of the required data collection time, it is single-section. The sampling method is random. The statistical population of this research is all employees of Kale company, which are 421 people including full-time contract workers and official employees. The statistical sample was obtained using Cochran's formula in the number of 201 statistical samples. Data collection was based on standard questionnaires. The investigated variables are managers' decision-making styles and job burnout in this research. The results of research among all the employees of Kale Company showed that the decision-making styles of managers have an effect on job burnout. Rational style has a positive significant relationship with job burnout. Intuitive style has a positive significant relationship with job burnout. Dependent style has a positive significant relationship with job burnout. Immediate style has a positive significant relationship with job burnout. Avoidant style has a positive significant relationship with job burnout. At the end, suggestions for future researchers were presented.
