It is necessary for any military action or operation, regardless of the executive branch, to exercise command and control over it. Increasing the speed, precision, and size of the operation area, the involvement of human factors and the limitations of technology, spirituality, ethics, how to learn and manage youth (through education and culturalization) are among the real components of a commander who has a fundamental role in decisions and command.In this article, an attempt has been made to extract the desired data by using internal sources that are directly related to the title of the report and by using them to examine the components and indicators of the competent command model with regard to training and new and other threats. Islamic standards should be paid. The management of future threats as well as the training and culturalization of dealing with them has always been one of the most important study and research areas of military experts and researchers. Significant advances in information and communication technology have influenced the guidance, regulation and control of weapons and ultimately the results of war.In this study, in order to find related sources and studies using the descriptive and review method, in books, articles, etcValid scientific databasesIt was done in Farsi language with a combination of keywords professional command, future threats, smart. From a total of 75 articles in the field of national security ideas and smart education management command, 10 articles were extracted and also 4 related books were used as sources.

Therefore, in this research, while reviewing the characteristics of commanders and providing a model for them, an attempt was made to act regarding the investigation and management of new threats, including emerging technologies, hybrid and cognitive wars, in accordance with training and culture building, and a desirable command structure has currently been achieved for better control of youth.
" This instruction shows that command has been very difficult and beyond the capability of everyone, and those who undertake this responsibility must possess management and leadership standards in all subjects, professions, behaviors, performances, and especially in educational and behavioral sciences, so that they can guide individuals in military systems, guide them like a father on the right path, and control new threats against the youth in military environments to increase synergy within their organization; otherwise, negative entropy, which is a deadly poison in military societies, will prevail, creating deviant and negative thoughts of human resources within the organization and a positive inclination to leave the organization; therefore, a trained commander, aware of contemporary developments and looking at the soft threats of enemies, can make the youth under his command hopeful for life and, through effective management, facilitate the achievement of organizational goals, whereas with inefficient management, not only will the youth not be committed to the organization, but they might also become disillusioned with life and resort to suicide due to these onslaughts.
