چکیده:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge sharing on organizational learning process. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method and applied in terms of research purposes. The statistical population of this study was the staff of the police command of Mazandaran province in which 214 people were selected as a sample. For data collection, standard questionnaires of knowledge sharing Chang et al. (2013) and standard questionnaire of organizational learning Nif (2001) were used and the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by respected professors and its reliability was used using Cronbach's alpha formula. 0.78 and 0.90 were obtained, respectively. Data were analyzed using SPSS24 software. Findings show that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on organizational learning. Also, the dimensions of knowledge sharing (sharing of individual knowledge, sharing of learning opportunities, encouraging learning motivation) have a positive and significant effect on organizational learning. According to Friedman test, the highest average is allocated to sharing individual knowledge, then sharing learning opportunities and finally encouraging learning motivation.

Individual knowledge sharing Sharing learning opportunities Knowledge sharing Psychological empowerment Encouraging learning motivation Figure Number 1: Conceptual model based on research literature Research hypotheses Main hypothesis Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning.
In the analytical statistics of this research, in order to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on the organizational learning process among the employees of the Mazandaran Provincial Military Command Headquarters, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression, and the Friedman test have been used.
Table Number 4: Summary of regression model and analysis of variance Sum of squares Degree of freedom Mean square Error coefficient Significance level Coefficient Model F statistic Standardized coefficient Squares freedom squares correlation significance Correlated estimated Regression 33/356 1 33/356 Residual 37/829 212 0/178 186/967 0/000 0/685 0/4223 0/466 0/469 Total 71/178 213 33/543 Considering table number four and the obtained F value, which is higher than the F value in the table, and also such use of multivariate regression test with the simultaneous entry method, it can be stated that knowledge sharing on organizational learning at the level of α = 0/01 has a significant effect and in other words, the ability to predict organizational learning from knowledge sharing exists.
