For a Muslim employee or manager, honoring clients is not because of instructions and circulars, but is considered a human and religious duty and will lead to the pleasure of God. The subject of the present research is investigating the relationship between work ethics and honoring clients in the Law Enforcement Force organization of Savadkuh County.
The results of the research show that there are significant relationships between the components of work ethics (interest in work, dedication to work, human relations in the workplace, participation in work) and the components of honoring clients (good behavior, respectful treatment, observing justice and fairness, possessing competence and investigation, having discipline and planning, kindness and compassion).
In this model, environmental and organizational factors are largely combined with each other, the most important of which include: - commitment of leaders, policymakers, and observance of ethical principles, - strategy, policies, and precise and necessary ethical laws and regulations, - efficient and effective training programs, - sufficient rational reason and argument for accepting ethics, - job positions, - personal needs, - active civil society; Therefore, in total, it can be said that if an ethical infrastructure possesses proper functionality, it provides an environment where the standards and indicators of desirable personal behavior are encouraged and supported (Faghihi, Rezayimanesh, 2005).
