Classroom Management At the present time, when the education and upbringing of children takes place in schools and crowded classrooms, one of the most common problems that teachers face is the issue of classroom management or establishing discipline in the classroom and correcting the behavioral problems of students.
Factors arising from teacher behavior: In the studies conducted, the following behaviors have been observed in relation to teachers' interactions with students: humiliating the student, implementing rigid and excessive regulations, irrational punishment, special attention to a specific group of students and lack of attention to others, exaggerated and frequent encouragements, private conversations with some of 57 students, lack of attention to individual differences of students, lack of attention to students' efforts, threatening with low grades, bad temper, etc.
However, do not expect immediate change in the class with the establishment of such rules and regulations, because merely being aware of prohibited actions does not necessarily prevent students from committing incorrect behavior.
