چکیده:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social capital and social support on the good governance of managers and experts of Kerman and South Khorasan provinces. This research was a descriptive-analytic correlation study. Statistical population of the study is all managers and experts of physical education department of Khorasan province and Kerman province. consisted of 90 individuals who were selected by the whole number sampling method. Data were collected using Nachapithe and Ghalal Social Capital Questionnaire, Sherbourne & Stuart Social Support Scale, Ardakani Good Governance Standard Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the status of social capital, social support and good governance among managers and experts of the two provinces was favorable. The research findings also suggested that social capital and social support can be effective in the good governance of managers and experts. According to the results of the present study, two variables of social capital and social support can be considered as two factors that improve managers' good governance.

The aim of this research was to examine the role of social capital and social support on the good governance of managers and experts of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Kerman and South Khorasan provinces.
In conclusion, based on the findings of the present research, all managers, experts, and stakeholders of sports organizations are recommended to optimally utilize social capital and social support as two factors that improve good governance and play a facilitating and catalytic role, and to include them in their agenda.
