چکیده:
The purpose of this study is to design and present an information technology communication model and sustainable development in the country. The present study, by adopting an exploratory approach, and a qualitative method of theme analysis, extracted the factors and dimensions related to the research concepts and presented a model in this regard. Interviews were conducted with 8 research experts using open coding approach and content network and its analysis for two variables of sustainable development and information technology. After collecting the interviews from the research experts, these interviews were coded using Max Kyoda software to extract open codes. In this step, 497 codes were identified and determined in different sections of the texts. These codes are known as the main themes or themes. Then, based on the next steps in the theme analysis method, these codes were reduced and codes with a similar nature appeared in the form of organizing themes. The process of reducing themes continues and thus comprehensive themes are revealed as the final dimensions of the variables of sustainable development and information technology. According to the results of the study, information technology includes six dimensions of information quality, service quality, system quality, perceived benefits, use of technology and system satisfaction and sustainable development include three general dimensions of social, environmental and economic. Keywords: Information Technology, Sustainable Development, Quality of Information and Services, Social Development, Environmental Development, Theme Analysis.

Interviews conducted with 8 research experts were performed using the open coding approach and thematic network and analysis for two variables: sustainable development and information technology.
According to the results of the study, information technology includes six dimensions: information quality, service quality, system quality, perceived benefits, use of technology, and system satisfaction; and sustainable development includes three general dimensions: social, environmental, and economic.
Research Background Today, one of the most important events that has provided the basis for communication between the government and citizens and has paved the way for sustainable development in cities is new information technologies such as the internet and its pervasive expansion in all fields.
in 2014 conducted a research titled "An Analysis of the Effects of Information and Communication Technology on Urban Sustainable Development in the Studied Case: Zanjan City.
Research Methodology In the present research, in order to design a communicative model of information technology and sustainable development in the country, the identification of indicators and dimensions of the two variables, information technology and sustainable development, was carried out based on a qualitative approach and the interview tool.
Semi-structured interviews were conducted to identify the indicators, components, and various dimensions of the two variables, sustainable development and information technology.
e. , the indicators related to the components of information technology and sustainable development, were analyzed based on MAXQDA software and the open coding approach so that the relevant contents or themes, codes, and finally, the related factors could be identified.
