Human rights are a set of social laws and regulations that are formulated by God Almighty in order to establish justice in human society, and these rights must be observed equally everywhere to ensure the well-being of society. In this article, an attempt has been made to extract, study and analyze Mullah Hussein Kashefi Sabzevari, views and theories regarding human rights and relations in a descriptive and analytical manner. Mullah Hussein Kashefi Sabzevari, a prolific writer and influential preacher of the Timurid era, in Mohseni Ethics book has paid attention to various human rights and has always advised his audiences to observe these rights. The result obtained from this study shows that the most right that Kashefi Sabzevari has paid attention to in this book is the right of the people to governer, and after that examples such as: he has stated God's right over the servant, justice, rights of the needy, commitment by covenant, the right of neighbor and relative, trusteeship, parental rights, the right of guests, the right of teacher, the rights of armys and soldiers, the right of governer to the people, commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and truth and truthfulness.

The result obtained from this research shows that the greatest right that Kashifi Sabzevari has focused on in this book is the right of the people over the ruler, and after that, examples such as: the right of God over the servant, enjoying justice, the rights of the needy, adherence to covenants and promises, the right of the neighbor and relative, trustworthiness, the rights of parents, the right of the guest, the right of the teacher and professor, the rights of soldiers and troops, the right of the ruler over the people, enjoining good and forbidding evil, and truthfulness and honesty have been stated.
"After monotheism and resurrection, righteous action is the most significant subject reflected in Persian literary works and has been expressed in the form of moral, social, political, and mystical issues, and reminders to observe justice, avoid oppression and tyranny, pay attention to human rights, etc.
Kashifi Sabzevari believes that by placing oneself in the path of obedience and servitude to God and performing divine commands and avoiding prohibitions, one can fulfill God's right, and this leads to the happiness and salvation of humans in both worlds.
