Today, human resources are considered the most valuable and important organizational resources that lead to strengthening an organization's competitive advantage over other organizations. In today's world, which is accompanied by rapid changes and transformations, effective human resources are among the most important intangible assets in an organization, and the economic growth of the organization depends on empowering them. Therefore, special attention must be paid to the knowledge and needs of human resources, and unity and integration must be created between individual and organizational needs. Organizational micro-elements actually help organizations to align individual and organizational goals by creating group cohesion among employees. The goal of this research is to investigate and identify the components of organizational micro-elements. The research method is of a descriptive-analytical applied type and is deductive; also, valid library resources, references, and the global internet network have been used. Additionally, the views of 35 experts, specialists in the field of human resources, and university professors have been utilized. Finally, the final model was validated using the modified Delphi method. The result obtained from this research is a conceptual model of organizational micro-components which, after expert validation in this field, consists of 9 components that organizational managers can use to expand organizational micro-elements and benefit from their results in their organization.

Organizational wisdom is the organization's capacity to develop organizational methods in utilizing the virtues and actions of individuals for effective decision-making and organizational health; similarly, one can refer to human capital, spirituality, ethical principles and practices, knowledge management, and emotional intelligence in relation to organizational wisdom.
Because today, the knowledge of individuals is considered a strategic asset of organizations, and one of the appropriate approaches for creating integration between the new needs of human resources in modern societies is knowledge management (Aryanto, 2017).
The components are: 1-Self-awareness 2-Understanding others 3-Judgment 4-Life knowledge 5-Life skills 6-Tendency to learn 7-Empathy 8-Aligning individual and organizational interests 9-Moral actions 10- Effective decision-making The following suggestions: It is suggested that the research model be tested with other statistical and scientific tools so that the conceptual model can be developed and advanced.
It is suggested that the culture of creating and developing organizational wisdom be explained to managers and employees of organizations and companies so that they can also participate in this matter.
