Planning is the coordination of a set of individual and group efforts to achieve the desired goals. Planning involves answering the following questions: What to do? How and why? When ? who ? How much does it cost? In management science, planning is an attitude and a way of life that involves commitment based on thought, forward thinking and determination to plan regularly and continuously. In any work without planning, achieving impossible goals or with many problems Will face, planning and tying it with the realization of educational results is the process of setting and writing organizational goals and accurate preparation and advance actions and tools that will enable the achievement of goals. Educational planning is actually a look at what we are and what we want to be; It is also a measure and plan to achieve the goals already set. Planning in organizations causes each of the required operations in the organization to be anticipated and focused on the goals of the organization.

In response, it must be said that choosing the training method depends on the following: • Type of job • Nature of organizational activities • Availability of specialized human resources in training • Desires and interests of those requesting the training • Needs and interests of the trainees • Available time and opportunity • Costs and intended financial resources Step Five: Educational Evaluation The effectiveness of training is evaluated in terms of changes in the behavior of trainees through providing feedback; if the behavior of the trainees is in line with the determined training objectives, it can be said that the success rate and effectiveness of the training are better met.
