چکیده:
Development is closely linked to spatial and geographical justice. Spatial justice evaluates the presence or absence of facilities, services, and amenities in different regions. Given this matter, this research, which was conducted with an applied purpose and a descriptive-analytical method relying on library resources and documentary data from relevant organizations and bodies, aims to examine the status of the Salfachgan section in terms of access to various facilities and amenities. First, the current situation regarding access to services and facilities was examined using data published by the Statistical Center of Iran, and settlements were categorized based on their level of access. In the next stage, a cluster analysis of the development levels of the settlements was presented. Subsequently, given the establishment of the special economic zone in the Salfachgan area, a correlation test between development levels, industrial and agricultural development, and distance from the zone was provided; the results indicated that the special economic zone had no impact on the development of the Salfachgan section or the provision of spatial and geographical justice in the region. Finally, to develop the deprived settlements of the Salfachgan section with consideration to spatial justice issues, suggestions for the development of these settlements have been provided.
