چکیده:
The present research was planned to investigate the relationship between the factors of emotional intelligence, psychological hardiness, and mental health with the occupational motivation of primary school teachers in Minab County. For this purpose, primary school teachers in Minab County were selected as the statistical population of this study. The sample size was obtained using Cochran's formula, and the required sample for the research was selected using random sampling, amounting to approximately (291 people). The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and its dimensions (emotional self-awareness, self-management, and interpersonal relationships) with the occupational motivation of employees. No significant relationship was found between the psychological hardiness of employees and all its components (commitment, control, and challenge) with their occupational motivation. A negative and significant relationship between mental health and occupational motivation exists at the level of 0.001 > P.

Given the general review of research and the investigations conducted, this research aims to investigate the relationship between the variables of emotional intelligence, psychological hardiness, and mental health with the job motivation of teachers.
Research Hypotheses ــ There is a relationship between the emotional intelligence of primary school teachers in Minab County and their job motivation.
The relationship between the aforementioned variables, namely emotional intelligence, psychological hardiness, mental health, and job motivation, has been investigated in various studies.
Furthermore, the ability to enhance emotional intelligence is one of the important factors of human life and will bring desirable results such as mental health, desirable quality of relationships, job satisfaction, motivation, etc.
