The present research aims to analyze the content, examine, and evaluate the sixth-grade Work and Technology workbook for the 1399-1400 academic year using quantitative methods and famous quantitative techniques, namely the 'readability formula' or in other words, the readability level of the text. Readability formulas analyze the words, phrases, and paragraphs of a writing to determine its degree of readability. The analysis of the sixth-grade elementary Work and Technology workbook was carried out using the readability level indices of Gunning Fog, Flesch, Macلفin, Fry, and Cloze, which are part of the quantitative methods for determining readability levels, to answer the question of how much the content in this book conforms to the aforementioned readability measurement formulas. It should be noted that these five methods are not native to and do not comply with the grammatical rules of the Persian language and literature; therefore, the necessary validation for the results of this research cannot be considered. To implement the Cloze method, a sample of 20 sixth-grade elementary students from an elementary school in Buin Miandasht County, located in Isfahan Province, was selected. The analysis of information in this research shows that in the sixth-grade Work and Technology workbook for the 1399-1400 academic year: 1. The book's content is not proportional to the sixth grade and, according to the Gunning Fog, Flesch, Macلفin, and Fry formulas, the readability level of this book is at the university level (undergraduate). 2. The principle of simplicity to difficulty in organizing the book's content has not been observed. 3. The readability power, classroom level, and age level of the material are not proportional to the sixth grade. 4. According to the Cloze formula, the contents of this book are at the level of psychological pressure and stress, so it does not have independent teaching ability and cannot be used for self-learning. 5. The results obtained from the readability level of the sixth-grade Work and Technology workbook, by means of the Gunning Fog, Flesch, Macلفin, Fry, and Cloze formulas, largely correspond to each other.

Therefore, the main issue of this study is to assess the readability level of one of the primary school textbooks in Iran's education system, namely the sixth-grade elementary Workbooks and Technology, according to 5 readability formulas, so that its strengths and weaknesses, the degree of simplicity and difficulty of the text, and also the extent of its content suitability for the age of students at this level can be determined.
