The wise leader of the Islamic Revolution, by issuing the 'Second Step of the Revolution Statement' and to continue the bright path, has explained the magnificent achievements of the past four decades and provided fundamental recommendations for the 'Great Jihad to build a Great Islamic Iran.' The Second Step of the Revolution Statement is an awakening addressed to the nation of Iran, especially the youth, which will serve as a prism for the 'second stage of self-improvement, socializing, and civilization-building' and will mark a 'new chapter in the life of the Islamic Republic.' This second step will bring the revolution closer to its great ideal, which is the creation of a modern Islamic civilization and preparation for the rising sun of Velayat-e Uzma (may their souls be sacrificed). The purpose of this research is to explain the position of the Islamic society in the Second Step of the Revolution Statement and the role of NAJA in its realization. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on various documentary and written information. The results show that the Islamic Revolution of Iran has entered the second stage of self-improvement, socializing, and civilization-building, and in this regard, the Second Step of the Revolution Statement and the fundamental recommendations of the Leader of the Revolution, which are in the light of hope and an optimistic view of the future, play an essential role. The seven recommendations regarding science and research, spirituality and ethics, economy, justice and fighting corruption, etc., can be very important and effective in the development of society. Also, the result shows that the role of NAJA in realizing the second step of the revolution, based on all the recommendations of Imam Khamenei, is very necessary and can prepare the way for the implementation of various laws.
