چکیده:
Emotional divorce is one of the most important social issues affecting families in contemporary societies. In a way that has sparked a lot of studies. Therefore, it is essential to conduct research that can get the existing research main extract. The purpose of the present study is to apply meta-analysis to analyze and combine the results of studies on factors affecting emotional divorce. The statistical population consists of all articles on emotional divorce among Iranian families between the years of 1390 and 1396. According to the meta-analysis criteria, 5 articles on emotional divorce were selected from the 60 articles published in databases and reviewed by meta-analysis software. Initial investigations indicate the heterogeneity of effect size and lack of bias in publication studies. Also, the effect sizes of the variables of the religiosity of the couples are 0.316, the families’ involvement 0.303, the power structure in the family 0.387, which is evaluated in terms of the average to top from Cohen interpretive system.

Talaei Palangard (2015), in a study titled "Investigating Socio-Cultural Factors Affecting the Tendency Toward Emotional Divorce," states that there is a positive and significant relationship between relative deprivation, marital conflict, power structure in the family, and financial pressure with emotional divorce.
(2017), in a study titled "Meta-analysis of studies conducted on attitudes toward divorce in the years 2003-2015," state that high levels of education, use of the internet and having satellite television, high social class, socio-cultural differences between spouses, conflict in the family, the fading economic role of men, and the shrinking dimensions of the family are among the factors influencing a positive attitude toward divorce.
The results obtained from applying the meta-analysis method by utilizing the effect size combination method in the present research indicate that based on the overall combined effect size in the random effects model, there is a significant relationship between the variable of the level of spouses' religiosity (0/316) and emotional divorce.
In total, the results obtained from the meta-analysis method of the present research indicate the confirmation of these factors (level of spouses' religiosity, level of family interference, and power structure in the family) and their impact on emotional divorce.
