Significant advances in genetics in the fields of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in recent years have created new opportunities in today's societies; one of these challenges is the use of stem cells and DNA in the field of genetic modifications, in such a way that the ability to combine different genes to produce various strange and unknown creatures and produce a new generation of superhumans is utilized. The author intends to examine the correctness or incorrectness of using this new technology from the perspective of jurisprudence and law. This is because, in this method, the use of stem cells and DNA will inevitably pave the way for the production of human-manipulated embryos as well as the production of new creatures and plants that nature has not seen anything like before and does not yet know how to deal with. Considering that there are still numerous legal and jurisprudential gaps and ambiguities in this field, a precise investigation in this area is felt to be necessary; therefore, it seems that research in this field is new and possesses innovations. In this research, based on the descriptive and analytical method and through a library-based approach, we proceed to collect information.
